ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

Pre KG: Age 2+ years as on 31st March of the year of admission
LKG: Age 3+ years as on 31st March of the year of admission
UKG: Age 4+ years as on 31st March of the year of admission
Grade 1: Age 5+ years as on 31st March of the year of admission

The following documents should be submitted along with the Application Form

• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Promotion
• Adhaar card

GENERAL RULES

1. 1. Parents are earnestly requested to see that their children attend school punctually.
2. 2. All children are expected to come to school daily in freshly laundered uniform with clean socks and well polished shoes & I.D Card.
3. 3. Children should reach the assembly area promptly, silently and in a line after the bell rings.
4. 4. It is compulsory to speak in English within the school premises.
5. 5. Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences, whether in or out of school. Students found using the same will be expelled.
6. 6. “Bullying is strictly prohibited inside the school premises and no such act will go unnoticed or unpunished”.
7. 7. The school reserves the right to dismiss whose conduct is harmful to others.
8. 8. Students are expected to behave in a courteous and gentle manner on all occasions.
9. 9. Students should address their teachers and all members of the staff with due respect and politeness.
10. 10. Any student having less than 85% of the attendance shall not be allowed to appear in the final examination.
11. 11. Students absent for any examination for any reason whatsoever will not be permitted to re-appear.
12. 12. All the students are expected to attend classes on the opening day after each of the vacation and the closing day before the vacation.
13. 13. Students should not write / scratch on the desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school.
14. 14. Indiscipline behavior in the school bus will make the child ineligible to use the school transport.
15. 15. Girls are not allowed to apply mehandi or nail polish on school days.
16. 16. Ornaments in any form other than small earrings (by girls) should not be worn. It is not advisable to wear gold jewellery. However for girls, a pair of small ear studs is permitted. They should not wear any trinkets, chains, rings on fingers or sets of bangles.
17. 17. Long hair must be double plaited, neatly folded and tied with black ribbons. It must be followed by all girl students in the school campus, inside the bus and outside the school campus while representing school.
18. 18. Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted.
19. 19. Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets to school. Strict action will be taken against any child found in possession of such items
20. 20. Students are not allowed to bring any weapons or sharp instruments such as blades, knives, paper – scalpels, scissors etc. to school.
